Return & Refund Policy

At AntivirusPoint we sell digital software licenses (license keys and download links). Because a license key cannot be “returned” once it has been seen or used, please read this policy before you buy.

When a refund is possible

• Before delivery: if your license key has not yet been delivered to you or viewed in your account, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
• Our error: if the key we sent does not work because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it or send a working replacement, we will refund you in full.
• Not delivered: if you paid but never received your key, contact us and we will deliver it or refund you.

When a refund is not possible

• After the license key has been delivered, viewed or activated, all sales are final.
• Downloaded or activated software cannot be returned.
• Please check that the software supports your device and operating system before you buy. If you are not sure, ask us first.

Key not working?

Most activation problems are quick to fix. Contact us with your order number and we will help you activate it on the publisher’s website or send a replacement key.

How to ask for help or a refund

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern), and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
