At AntivirusPoint we sell digital software licenses (license keys and download links).
Because a license key cannot be “returned” once it has been seen or used, please
read this policy before you buy.

### When a refund is possible

 * **Before delivery:** if your license key has not yet been delivered to you or
viewed in your account, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
 * **Our error:** if the key we sent does not work because of a fault on our side
and we cannot fix it or send a working replacement, we will refund you in full.
 * **Not delivered:** if you paid but never received your key, contact us and we
will deliver it or refund you.

### When a refund is not possible

 * After the license key has been delivered, viewed or activated, all sales are
   final.
 * Downloaded or activated software cannot be returned.
 * Please check that the software supports your device and operating system before
you buy. If you are not sure, ask us first.

### Key not working?

Most activation problems are quick to fix. Contact us with your order number and
we will help you activate it on the publisher’s website or send a replacement key.

### How to ask for help or a refund

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply
within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern), and approved refunds
go back to your original payment method.
