## Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about orders, license keys, refunds and support.

####

Because our products are digital license keys, they cannot be returned once the
key has been delivered, viewed or activated. You can get a full refund if your key
has not been delivered or viewed yet, or if the key does not work because of a problem
on our side and we cannot send a working replacement. Read the full [Return & Refund Policy](https://antiviruspoint.org/shop/return-policy/).

####

No. All our products are software. After your purchase you receive your license
key and download link by email and in your account, so there is nothing to ship.
See our [Delivery Policy](https://antiviruspoint.org/shop/delivery-policy/).

####

Find the product you need, click **Add to cart**, then go to checkout, enter your
details and pay. Your license key is sent to your email after payment.

####

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you
see your orders and license keys any time from **My Account**.

####

Usually within minutes of payment. Check your inbox and spam folder. If it has not
arrived within a few hours, contact us and we will send it right away.

####

Contact our support team with your order number. We will help you activate it or
send a replacement key.

####

Most antivirus software updates itself automatically. Keep automatic updates turned
on during setup so you always have the latest protection.
